Announcing the NEW Radiator Blue Series Steamer

October 28, 2022

Looking for a warmer, lighter and more flexible wetsuit?
Then we have good news for you!

Announcing the NEW Radiator Blue Series Steamer
Designed and tested in the icy waters of the Margaret River region on the South West Coast of Australia the Radiator Blue Series Steamer has to be the warmest, lightest and most flexible wetsuit in the world!

Superior Insulation with Limestone Technology

To make the best wetsuit you need the best material. Our suit is made from the highest grade limestone based chloroprene (CR) from our associates the Yamamoto Corporation in Japan.
Using a limestone base, as compared to the usual oil base, is not only better for the environment but is also gives a much better cell structure in the material with 94% closed cell (compared to about 60-70% in oil base neoprene used in most other wetsuits).
This makes for a lighter, softer and more durable foam with superior insulating properties. It also absorbs less water than standard neoprene making it lighter wet or dry.

Lighter, warmer and more flexible with Memory Shape and Slipskin Lining

The cell structure makes the chloroprene super pliable and stretchy. It also gives it better “memory” to come back to shape and last longer without bagging out.
Like our iconic Thermal Vest the Blue Series Steamer also incorporates Radiator’s 4 layer construction with an inner Blue slipskin lining. This layer has zero resistance to the skin allowing the suit to slide on your skin as you move . In other words, it doesn’t suck onto you inhibiting movement and tiring you out, like a conventional suit, meaning less restriction and ease of movement.

Radiator Blue Series keeps you in the water longer

Extra Warmth with Slipskin Lining
Best of all, the Blue slipskin being a metallic base reflects your body heat extremely efficiently keeping you toasty warm but allowing for much thinner suits.

Premium Features
All our suits are manufactured using the latest production techniques and include all the features you would expect in a high-end wetsuit including:
  • 4-way stretch outer nylon for more movement
  • Radiator's unique 4-layer construction for warmth without restriction
  • All seams sealed, glued and blind stitched
  • Neoprene tape seal on inside upper stress seams (watertight seal without restricting movement)
  • No internal stitching (better comfort)
  • Superstretch reinforced pre-bent back of knee (flexibility, durability)
  • Metal zip head (stronger than plastic, no corrosion or sticking)
  • Smoothy zip seal (provides a physical seal to restrict water entry)
  • Cut fused hems (seals hems to the body with easy entry and exit)
  • Key loop to secure keys or valuables while in the water
  • Chest zip
  • Unconditional warranty
  • 14 day no questions asked returns.

Don’t just take our word for it
Here is some feedback from a few of our customers who have already tried the Blue Series.

Best Steamer Ever
"I bought the 3/2 and the 1.5. I surfed the 3/2 at URBNSURF in 9 degree water and it kept me warm. In previous sessions I was wearing a 5/4 and a 4/3 and I preferred the Radiator 3/2. I also have the latest 2022 O'Neill Hyperfreak TB4 and the RipCurl Heatseeker both in 3/2 and the Radiator leaves it for dead in warmth , flexibility and comfort."
- Doug

Warmest 3/2
"A new benchmark, I don't even know of a 4/3 that can match the warmth of this 3/2. Great flexibility also."
- Mark

Available in Blue Series 3/2 and all over Blue Series 1.50mm Radiator is the lightest warmest most flexible suit you will ever wear. Making suits like this has one drawback. It’s expensive. So, to keep the price down, and give you the best value for money, the Radiator Blue series is only available online direct from us to you.
